The IntelliGolf Eagle GPS Option adds "GPS and Bluetooth" support to your existing IntelliGolf Birdie edition version 9.x handheld/smartphone software. If you own an IntelliGolf compatible GPS-enabled handheld/smartphone (BB 8300-series, BB 8800-series, BB 8130, etc) or compatible Bluetooth-based GPS receiver (click here) you will surely want to add the Eagle GPS software to your existing Birdie edition version 9.x installation. It will provide you with the ability to view distances and track shots from tee-to-green with GPS accuracy on your handheld/smartphone. Plus, version 9 includes the above listed software for Windows Mobile-based Pocket PCs and Smartphones, Palm handhelds, the Blackberry, and Sony Ericsson's P900/910 all-in-one. That means, when you change handhelds/smartphones in the future, you will be able to switch IntelliGolf platforms for FREE within the version 9.x series of products. What a savings! IMPORTANT: The Eagle GPS Option requires that a live original of the IntelliGolf Birdie edition version 9.x software is installed and running on your PC and handheld/smartphone.

As you know, your existing version 9.x IntelliGolf Birdie edition (handheld, desktop, and sync) software includes the 6 S's of golf:

• Scoring;
• Shot tracking;
• Sidegame wagers (35+);
• Statistics and graphs (250+);
• Signature courses (24,000+), and
• Sharing of information between handhelds.

The IntelliGolf Eagle GPS option will add the 7th "S" of Golf to your existing installation of IntelliGolf:

• Satellite GPS;

The IntelliGolf Eagle GPS software will add the ability to view distances from tee-to-green with GPS accuracy using industry-leading GPS receivers on your handheld/smartphone. With a GPS receiver attached to your handheld, IntelliGolf will provide you with GPS distances from any location on the fairway/tee box to the 200, 150, 100 yard/meter markers, to the front, center, and back of the Green, and up to three (3) custom fairway locations (e.g. dog-leg) for a GPS-enabled course. Without a GPS receiver, IntelliGolf's new IntelliGPSŪ technology will automatically predict distances to the 200, 150, 100 yard/meter markers, and to the front, center, and back of the Green from the Tee Box. As such, you do not have to own a GPS receiver to start enjoying the benefits of the IntelliGolf Eagle option today. Club selection has never been easier.
